Yes — and we're used to it. We're happy to work from your designer's specification, attend site meetings, and coordinate with contractors. If you want us to liaise directly with your designer, just let us know upfront.
Sometimes, yes. It depends on the mechanism and the product. We'll assess this during the consultation — if a retrofit is possible and worth it, we'll tell you. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.
We cover the Southern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, and City Bowl. If you're just outside these areas, contact us — we assess requests outside our primary zones on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. All installations carry a 5-year workmanship guarantee. Product warranties vary by manufacturer and we'll walk you through these at consultation.
